That...
Gary Laird beat Matt Purdy 3-0 Rejean Alain beat Ryan Purdy 3-0 Craig Mitchel beat Wayde Graves 4-0 Joyce King and Tamara Mitts split 2/2 Will Sarty beat Trever Weatherbee 4-0 Earl Wilson beat Shawn Ross 4-0
Ed was sick so Will Sarty stepped in for the match with Trever. Mick and Tonya had problems getting to Canada and Joyce and Shawn stepped up.
My numbers stand to be corrected...

step up buddy..never give up...thats not in my vocabulary...armwrestlers sacrifice too much to just leave it..all the light weights on the east are very close to each other in technique and strength..we could pull next weekend and have totally diiferent results..when im at the table i give 110%..and trust me..i wanted that belt..your arm is extremely strong trever...i thiknk it was more of a mind problem for you yesterday as apposed to a strength problem..
hope to see you at Nats

The reason that Will has better stamina is becuse he practices long and hard every Monday. He is also pulling against guys that are 50lbs+ heavier.

Correcting your numbers: Craig ove Wayde 3-0 Joyce an Tamara was only a demonstation and they set it up 2-2

My power in my arm is when my hand is too far from my shoulder, and when someone with will or rejains stamina and power at staying inside, they are at a much better position. any suggestions at how to inproving this in the gym?

its hard to build that sort of pressure at the gym using weights, but if you were to include something into your regime, i would say heavy partial hammers with your elbow placed on an incline bench...

I agree with Will on that one. I've seen improvements in pulling power doing heavy hammer curls on the preacher with a thumbless grip, but only doing my reps 2/3 of the way down.

yes i see huge improvements with thumb out through all exercises....Tim W. is a firm believer of this as well
